A few years ago, I sat in our navy blue minivan with my husband beside me and our three-year-old daughter strapped in her car seat behind me. I was eight months pregnant with our second daughter and we were moving to a new town thousands of miles away. I watched it rain as we drove through the night, and somewhere near Atlanta, I wondered what in the world the Lord was doing, moving me so far away from the place I called home. Truthfully, I have never felt more alone in my life.
