A Prayer to Not be Judgmental

APPLE PODCASTS    †     SPOTIFY

In my very early days of motherhood, I went through a season when I saw everything as either black or white, right or wrong, good or bad. With a fearful heart, and in an effort to attempt to take control of everything that might affect my home and children, I started down the dangerous and toxic road of legalism. Thankfully, God opened my eyes to the destructive road I was on and He gently led me into a more biblical way of viewing life and others.

Today’s devotion and prayer is taken from Everyday Prayers for Joy: A 30-Day Devotion and Reflective Journal for Women, by Gina Smith.
