I need to remember daily that I cannot save myself. I do not have that authority or power. But thankfully I know the one who does. No matter the storm life throws at me, I can do as Habakkuk did in Habakkuk 3:17-19 and take a position that no matter what storms might come, “I will rejoice in the Lord; I will take joy in the God of my salvation. God, the Lord, is my strength.”
