A Prayer to be Gentle

APPLE PODCASTS    †     SPOTIFY

Sometimes our faith is like a flickering flame. You might have experienced some really hard things in your life. You might be dealing with chronic illness or anxiety, or maybe you’re having trouble making friends. Maybe you feel like you’re making mistakes everywhere you turn, like you can’t speak kindness or truth or you keep blowing up at your family. When life is hard, it can be hard to have faith in Jesus. But guess what? Jesus is gentle with us.

Today’s devotion and prayer is taken from Fruit Full: 100 Family Experiences for Growing in the Fruit of the Spirit, by Christie Thomas.
