A Prayer for Living a Righteous Life

APPLE PODCASTS    †     SPOTIFY

What is the point of living to righteousness anyway? On the surface, it seems far easier to simply live life as we want. Living to righteousness, or as it says in the New Living translation, live for what is right. Sounds like it might be a total drag. Sometimes I wondered if I’d missed out on life because I walked the straight and narrow, but the truth is it didn’t bother me one bit to be different. I was a slave to righteousness rather than a slave to sin.

What does living to righteousness look like in your context? Listen to today’s podcast with Christie Thomas, based on 1 Peter 2:24-25.
