It is back-to-school season, but not like one we have ever experienced before. This new year brings many unknown challenges and today’s episode gets into all of that, along with all the opportunities to pray in this time of uncertainty.
Our guest, Tara L. Cole, is the author of Everyday Prayers for Back-to-School and Abide: 40 Ways to Focus on Jesus Daily. She is a wife and mom of three boys, and loves helping moms and their kids build relationships with Jesus together. To top it all off, she is also a teacher, which was very fitting for this topic!
In this episode, Brooke, Erin, and Tara discuss school choice, all the new stress this year brings, and making this a year of grace. Tara highlights the four areas of prayer for this school year covered in her newest book, including:
- praying for the right friendships
- blessings and insight for our teachers
- success in classes
- encouraging our children’s unique gifts
